I’m Kate Macefield.

With over 25 years’ experience in programme delivery, transformation and strategy, primarily in the broadcast and technology sectors, I founded Intuitive Vision in 2021 to help organisations and leaders navigate complexity, create meaningful change and realise their potential.

I work with senior leadership teams and individuals to develop clear, future-focused strategy and strengthen how they think, decide and lead. Whether supporting a leadership team through strategic change, facilitating critical conversations or coaching individual leaders, my focus is always on creating clarity, alignment and momentum.

My approach combines strategic structure with deep human insight. By seeing both the bigger picture and the nuances beneath it, I help leaders cut through complexity, align around what matters most and translate ambition into meaningful action.

I work across sectors, drawing on experience of different organisational contexts, structures and ways of operating. This breadth of perspective enables the transfer of effective approaches, challenges established thinking and brings fresh insight to leadership teams facing complex challenges.
